“The spa services were a highlight of my stay. I had a massage with the local masseur who expertly used hot stones, and it was incredibly relaxing. My stay at the hotel was generally enjoyable with its beautifully maintained gardens and a variety of activities that kept us entertained. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out to me, and the room we eventually moved to was quite comfortable. However, the dining experience could use improvement, particularly the Italian restaurant which didn't meet our expectations. Additionally, while the staff were mostly friendly, I noticed that some seemed a bit indifferent, which impacted our service experience.

I had a great time at the hotel overall. The atmosphere was fun, and the food was varied and delicious. The cleanliness of the place impressed me, although my initial experience with cockroaches was unpleasant. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, the distance from the airport made the transfer a bit tedious. Also, while the staff was friendly, some communication issues arose due to language barriers.
